I gotta say, despite the overall gloom, the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. One guy named Bill suggested a nice local spot for dinner and honestly made me forget about the weird vibes of the place.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for, right?

We had an awesome stay! The hotel was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was a real treat. Our kids loved the pancakes and all the fresh fruit. Plus, we discovered fun water activities nearby, which was perfect for the family.
My kids wished the pool area had more shallow points. It would definitely make it easier for little ones to play safely.

This place had a lot going for it and some things that definitely need work. The room was clean and had a decent layout. I especially liked the gym. it felt well-kept and usable. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, but I wish there were more healthy options. The shuttle service to the airport was quick and efficient, which made my travel so much smoother. Also, there was a weird smell when I first entered the room that took a while to air out. The elevators took ages to arrive, and that got annoying quickly. This hotel is fine for a short stay, but it could really use improvements in communication about costs and room freshness.
